Mystic claims White Sands Hotel Cup

Duarigle Mystic claimed the honours in the White Sands Hotel Cup in Ballyheigue as he saw off Mystery Eoin in the final. Mystic, a runner up in the Milton Malbay Dog Trial Stake last season is a son of Mafi Magic and Oilean Mystic and owned by Dan Joe Guiney.

The All Age Bitch Stake saw another success for sire March Is On, as Maggie Dan claimed the honours from Ballymac Town. Maggie Dan is a litter sister of Kitty Butler winner Turning Pace. She’s owned by Timmy Carmody and lost in the final of the Oaks Trial Stake at this venue last season.

Razor Ashmore got a Trial Stake winner today in the form of Brownes Kitchen. The white and brindle dog, owned by Jimmy and Bobby Browne, got the better of Cash Call in the final of the Trial Stake.

Reserve Oaks Trial Stake winner Not My Pick comes from a strong coursing family with her dam Bower Sign producing multiple Trial Stake winners including  Droopys Bestie, Kingsmill Rover and Sullane Jess. The March whelp is owned by John Saunders and Jonathan Best.
